Early on in our marriage, we had some financially lean Christmases, but no matter how much we money we had, we always wanted to give good gifts to our loved ones for Christmas. One of those lean years, I came up with this easy, fast, delicious fudge recipe. This year as we look back over a crazy year and reflect on past Christmases I thought it was time to make another batch of fudge, grateful for those years, and this one. So if you are looking for a very affordable Christmas gift idea, or a last minute delicious gift, this recipe is a winner.
