Our second donation location was Ecumen Hospice, located in Litchfield, Minnesota. At the time of our donation there were 19 individuals receiving hospice care through Ecumen Hospice in Litchfield. Hospice services provide end-of-life care, helping meet individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. At the time of our donation we didn't realize that my husband's sweet grandfather, would actually be placed on hospice less than a month later. The realities of hospice care are more real to us now, then they were then, and I'm all the more grateful for the care that is provided at such a difficult time.
