Quick and Easy Lemon Rolls

These sweet and buttery rolls are the perfect way to enjoy homemade lemon curd. They taste buttery, and remind me of a single serving danish. Best of all, these sweet treats come together in almost no time, due to my 'cheat' of using premade crescent roll dough, so they are perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

2/3 cup Lemon curd

2 8oz tubes crescent roll dough

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Spray an 8 in round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.

Open one tube of crescent roll dough onto work surface. Pinch all seams and form in to a large rectangle.

Spread 1/3 cup of lemon curd over surface of rectangle.

Starting along the long side roll dough up and cut into 6 even pieces. (Tip dental floss wrapped around the log roll and pulled tight is a wonderful way to cut the pieces, without squishing the rolls.) Place rolls spiral side up, in cake pan, slightly spaced.

Repeat with second tube of crescent rolls.

Bake for 30 min, rolls will be golden.

Allow to cool and Enjoy!
